Tricon Energy Inc. in Mumbai is seeking a logistics professional to manage product and documentation flow for regional trades, maintain TMS data, and coordinate import/export processes. You will identify improvements, cost reductions, and work with internal teams to meet financial and compliance requirements.

The role requires experience in logistics, Incoterms knowledge, and strong English communication. Location is Goregaon West, Mumbai, with daytime trading hours and close collaboration with

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in a TMS system (preferred).
• 4+ years of logistics or physical commodity movement experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and documentation (preferred).
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product and documentation flow to customers and freight providers for the assigned region's physical trades.
• Maintain accurate data in the company's TMS system.
• Ensure efficient management of import and export customs processes for traded products.
• Identify process improvements, optimize performance, and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand financial, credit, and compliance requirements for individual trades.
• Communicate shipment details with local and international teams.
• Develop and manage relationships with service providers (warehouse, truckers, shipping lines) to ensure effective execution of containerized trade operations.
• Track container movement to and from ports to ensure timely shipments.
• Make freight bookings and submit shipping instructions, checking bills of lading online.
