Job summary

Gulf Agency Company (GAC) in Mumbai is seeking an Operations Executive - Logistics at JNPT to manage end-to-end export/import workflows, documentation, and container planning. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, handle IGM filings under SCMTR, and use ERP and logistics software to update shipment details.

Responsibilities

• Handle export documentation and container stuffing for FCL, LCL, and project shipments.
• Handle IGM filing and SCMTR-compliant documentation.
• Coordinate carting reports, pending shipments at CFS, and container planning.
• Manage VGM, Form 13, CMC, advance lists, and SMTP release documentation.
• Track container movements, including rail transport.
• Coordinate import container releases and monitor breakbulk operations at ports and CFS.
• Handle export/import operations for container liner agencies at Nhava Sheva (JNPT).
• Prepare operational reports and update shipment details using MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient day-to-day operations at JNPT.

Handle export documentation and container stuffing for FCL, LCL, and project shipments.

Handle IGM filing and related documentation in compliance with SCMTR requirements.

Coordinate carting reports, pending shipments at CFS, and container planning.

Manage VGM, Form 13, CMC, advance lists, and SMTP release documentation.

Track container movements, including rail transportation.
