Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) specialist in India to lead functional implementations and integrations. You will gather business requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and configure OTM modules including planning, scheduling, and billing.

The role requires strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management, with 5–10 years of hands-on OTM experience (cloud or on-prem).

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) – Cloud or On-Prem.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate into functional specs.
• Configure and implement OTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Planning & Optimization, Rate Management, Carrier Management, Freight Settlement & Billing, Shipment Execution.
• Define and set up OTM master data, planning parameters, rate structures, agents, and workflows.
• Design transportation processes aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Support integration between OTM and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL systems).
• Coordinate with development and technical teams for integration, reporting, and customization requirements.
• Prepare FDDs, test cases, and training materials; drive SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.
• Work with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize transportation operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• Oracle OTM / SCM certification is a plus.


• 5-10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)– Cloud or On-Prem.
