Job summary

Purview Services seeks an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functional consultant to lead requirements and translate them into detailed specifications. You will configure OTM modules, set up master data, and design processes aligned with industry best practices.

Role involves coordinating with ERP teams (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP) for seamless integrations, preparing FDDs and test artefacts, and driving SIT/UAT as well as go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) – Cloud or On-Prem.
• Strong understanding of OTM functional areas: Transportation Planning, Execution & Tracking, Rate & Contract Management, Carrier Integration, Freight Payment & Billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure and implement OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning & Optimization, Rate Management, Carrier Management, Freight Settlement & Billing, Shipment Execution.
• Define and set up OTM master data, planning parameters, rate structures, agents, and workflows.
• Design transportation processes aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Support integration between OTM and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL systems).
• Coordinate with development and technical teams for integration, reporting, and customization requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), test cases, and training materials.
• Drive SIT, UAT cycles and support go-live & post-production activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.
• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize transportation operations.

Job Requirements

• Oracle OTM / SCM certification is a plus.


• 5-10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)– Cloud or On-Prem.
