Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced OTM functional consultant to lead requirements, configure OTM modules, and coordinate ERP integrations. You will translate business needs into detailed specifications, develop master data, and drive testing and go-live activities across multi-ERP environments.

The role requires 3–10 years of hands-on OTM experience, strong documentation and stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in supply chain or related field.
• Oracle OTM/SCM certification is a plus.
• 3–10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Strong understanding of OTM areas: Transportation Planning, Execution & Tracking, Rate & Contract Management, Carrier Integration, Freight Payment & Billing.
• Experience configuring OTM entities: Agents & Automation, Rate and tariff setups, Planning constraints & parameters, Service providers, calendars & resources.
• Hands-on experience in transportation processes across modes (FTL, LTL, parcel, ocean, air).
• Ability to interpret and analyze transportation data using SQL (preferred).
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FDD, SOP, test scripts).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure and implement OTM modules including: Order Management, Shipment Planning & Optimization, Rate Management, Carrier Management, Freight Settlement & Billing, Shipment Execution.
• Define and set up OTM master data, planning parameters, rate structures, agents, and workflows.
• Design transportation processes aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Support integration between OTM and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL systems).
• Coordinate with development and technical teams for integration, reporting, and customization requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), test cases, and training materials.
• Drive SIT, UAT cycles and support go-live & post-production activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.
• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize transportation operations.
