Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) specialist to lead requirements sessions with business users and translate them into detailed functional specs. You will configure OTM modules including order management, shipment planning, rate management, carrier management and billing, while defining master data, planning parameters, and workflows.

You will support integrations between OTM and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) – Cloud or On-Prem.
• Experience in configuring OTM entities: Agents, rate setups, calendars, resources.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and billing.
• Good documentation: BRD, FDD, SOP, test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering with business users and translate into functional specs.
• Configure and implement OTM modules: Order, Shipment Planning, Rate, Carrier, Billing.
• Define OTM master data, planning parameters, rate structures, workflows.
• Coordinate with dev and IT teams for integration, reporting and customization.
• Prepare FDD, test cases, and training materials; drive SIT and UAT cycles.
• Provide ongoing functional support and process improvements for OTM users.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and set up OTM master data, planning parameters, rate structures, agents, and workflows.


• Design transportation processes aligned with business needs and industry best practices.


• Support integration between OTM and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, WMS, 3PL systems).


• Coordinate with development and technical teams for integration, reporting, and customization requirements.


• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), test cases, and training materials.


• Drive SIT, UAT cycles and support go-live & post-production activities.


• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.


• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize transportation operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• Oracle OTM / SCM certification is a plus.


• 5-10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)– Cloud or On-Prem.
