Job summary

Purview Services seeks an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) specialist to lead requirements gathering with business users and translate them into functional specs. You will configure OTM modules, build master data, and define planning parameters and workflows to optimize transportation processes.

The role involves ERP integrations (Oracle/SAP/WMS), creating FDDs, test scripts, and guiding SIT/UAT through go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, CS, or Engineering.
• Oracle OTM/SCM certification is a plus.
• 5–10 years of hands-on OTM functional experience (Cloud or On-Prem).
• Strong knowledge of OTM areas: Planning, Execution, Billing, Carrier Integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering with business users and translate into detailed functional specs.
• Configure and implement OTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, Carrier Management, Freight Settlement, Execution.
• Define and set up OTM master data, planning parameters, rates, and workflows.
• Design transportation processes aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Support integration between OTM and ERP (Oracle EBS/ERP, SAP, WMS).
• Coordinate with development teams for integration, reporting, and customization.
• Prepare FDDs, test cases, and training materials.
• Drive SIT, UAT, go-live and post-production activities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize operations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with development and technical teams for integration, reporting, and customization requirements.


• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), test cases, and training materials.


• Drive SIT, UAT cycles and support go-live & post-production activities.


• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and process improvements for OTM users.


• Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize transportation operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


• Oracle OTM / SCM certification is a plus.


• 5-10 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)– Cloud or On-Prem.
