Job summary

Manning Consulting in Chennai is seeking a dispute resolution specialist to manage invoices and payment disputes. You will contact customers, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to close disputes promptly, maintaining records in ERP systems.

The role requires excellent communication and a proactive approach, with immediate joiner availability preferred. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling escalations and reporting on dispute status to senior management.

Qualifications

• Handle customer disputes related to invoices, payments, deductions, and credit notes.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Contact customers via calls and emails to gather dispute details.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispute resolution.
• Negotiate and reach mutually acceptable resolutions.
• Ensure timely closure of disputes to reduce ageing receivables.
• Maintain accurate dispute records in ERP and tracking systems.
• Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
• Prepare dispute status and resolution reports.
