OT Technician is responsible for preparing and supporting operation theatre activities before, during, and after surgical procedures. The includes preparing surgical instruments and equipment, assisting surgeons and anaesthesia teams, maintaining sterile techniques, supporting patient positioning and transfer, coordinating with CSSD, maintaining OT records, and ensuring proper cleaning, disinfection, and readiness of the operation theatre.
