The role requires 2-4 years of hands-on OSS/Fault Management experience, proficiency in RHEL/Linux, SNMP, and log analysis, and a rotational shift arrangement.

• Experience in OSS/ Fault Management with hands-on knowledge and good understanding of ITSM Incident Management, Infrastructure & Network Monitoring,

• Application Performance Management(APM/RUM/BPM), Patch/Workflow Automation, CMDB & Discovery.

• Proficiency in RHEL/Linux, SNMP, Syslog, TCP/IP,DNS, Oracle/SQL basics, REST/API, application monitoring and log analysis.

• Experience in 247 application health monitoring, incident handling, SOP/MOP execution and escalation management.
