About the Role
As OD Partner, you will drive leadership development anchored in succession planning, benchmark best practices across industry, and lead business-need-based Organizational Development interventions working closely with senior leaders across a large, role-based organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate leadership development based on succession planning and business-need-based OD interventions
- Proactively identify best-practice tools and methodologies for organization design, change management, organization diagnosis, work-process improvement and culture-change initiatives
- Design leadership development solutions; analyze and recommend enhancements to initiative quality
- Facilitate assessment processes and talent initiatives — psychometric testing, competency mapping and career planning
- Facilitate competency-modeling efforts in alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with leaders and drive stakeholder buy-in
- Use analytics and insight for data-driven decisions; track and measure business impact
- Deploy innovative, scalable initiatives and capability-building programs to drive a performance-driven culture
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience owning end-to-end OD projects — not just supporting them
- Hands-on succession planning experience for leadership pipelines
- Experience with role-based organization design
- Background in a large, established organization (non-IT sector)
- Street-smart and agile, with the confidence to work closely with senior leadership
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how organizational structure and dynamics drive execution
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, able to communicate across varied audiences
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity and fast‑paced change
Qualification & Experience
- Master's in Business Administration / Master's in Human Resources, preferably from a Tier-1 institute
- 9-12 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in the OD space
