Job description

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for coordinating and executing PAN India OD & L&D initiatives, including Managers programs, continuous improvement certifications, employee listening interventions, and talent development activities. The role collaborates with educational institutions, vendors, HRBPs, business leaders, and employees to ensure seamless delivery of development programs, enhance employee capability, drive engagement, and support organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Young Managers Program (YMP) - Coordinate and execute the PAN India Young Managers Program in collaboration with educational institutions and external vendors. Manage end-to-end program activities including participant nominations, attendance tracking, travel arrangements, review meetings, faculty interactions, assessments, valedictory events, and certification processes. Act as the primary liaison between the institute, vendors, participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and completion.

• Learning & Development Programs - Coordinate PAN India Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) training programs in collaboration with the TQM team. Manage participant communication, scheduling, meeting coordination, attendance tracking, certification, and overall program administration. Ensure timely completion of training interventions and maintain relevant program records and reports.

• Employee Listening & Organizational Development (OD) - Support employee listening initiatives including Amber and Pulse Surveys to enhance employee experience and engagement. Coordinate with HRBPs to improve participation rates, follow up on action plans, track progress, and prepare dashboards and reports.

• Certifications, Recognition & OD - Initiatives Coordinate employee certification programs, awards, and recognition initiatives across the organization. Prepare communication materials, success stories, award citations, and write-ups for OD, L&D, culture-building, and competency framework initiatives.

• EPIC - Collaborate with business leaders, cross- functional participants to drive Epic Quest initiatives through effective scheduling of calendars, meetings, feedback sessions, and program activities. Coordinate end-to-end, facilitate and drive business-focused solutions to ensure successful program execution and outcomes.

• Vendor Management & Purchase Order Administration Manage timely creation, tracking, and closure of Purchase Orders (POs), monitor vendor documentation, and support contract renewals to ensure uninterrupted program delivery.

Job Requirements:
