Job summary

Randstad India Private Limited seeks an experienced OD & Change Enablement professional to partner with business HR and leaders. You will design key interventions, leverage diagnostics, and drive culture-building and leadership development to enable business transformation.

You will also manage projects end-to-end, curate content, and help embed OD practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR/psychology/organization development from Tier 1/2 institutes.
• 5–6 years of relevant OD, Talent Management or related HR experience.
• Strong partnering, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OD interventions (leadership development, culture, team effectiveness).
• Use diagnostics and data insights to identify development needs and measure impact.
• Facilitate focus groups, workshops, and team interventions.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to embed OD in daily operations.
• Coordinate program logistics and curate learning content aligned to capability models.
• Support analytics for engagement and dashboards for leadership reviews.

Job description

This role will play a key role in designing, implementing, and driving OD and Talent initiatives that enable business and people transformation. The role will partner closely with business HR, COEs, and business leaders to translate organizational priorities into actionable development and change interventions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building future-ready organizations, thrives on problem-solving, and enjoys blending analytical rigor with creative design.

OD & Change Enablement

• Support design and implementation of key OD interventions (e.g., leadership development, competency frameworks, culture building, team effectiveness, and change programs).
• Use diagnostics, assessments, and data insights to identify development needs and measure OD impact.
• Facilitate focus groups, workshops, and team interventions.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed OD practices in day-to-day business.
• Assist in designing and managing programs for high potentials, emerging leaders, and first-time managers.
• Coordinate end-to-end program logistics, participant experience, and partner/vendor engagement.
• Curate learning content, frameworks, and toolkits aligned to leadership capability models.

3. Talent & Culture Analytics

• Leverage engagement surveys, assessment data, and feedback insights to identify patterns and propose actions.
• Support the tracking of OD metrics and dashboards for leadership reviews & communication.

4. Project Management & Communication

• Develop impactful internal communication (emails, nudges, decks, videos) to drive adoption of OD programs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to timelines, stakeholder expectations, and quality.
• Support the documentation of processes, playbooks, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Organization Development / related field from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes only
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in OD, Talent Management or related HR functions.
