Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking an Order to Cash Processor to manage the complete O2C cycle, handle order entry and verification, and coordinate shipments in a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in O2C/order management or related domains, with ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work in rotational/night EU/US shifts, communicate clearly, and collaborate across functions is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in O2C, Order Management, Customer Service Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or related domains.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Perform order entry, verification, processing, and tracking.

Required Skills

• Experience in Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.
• Strong understanding of order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery management.

Shift Requirement

Candidate should be flexible to work in both EU and US shifts:

• EU Shift: 11:0 AM - 8:30 PM
• US Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM
