Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Order to Cash Operations New Associate to join our Finance Operations team in Chennai. You will collect operational data reports, perform analyses, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes.

The role covers end-to-end cash collection, billing, and cash application processes, with potential rotational shifts and close supervision as you learn the standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduation with any stream is acceptable.
• 0–1 year of experience in OTC or related finance role is preferred.
• Understanding of cash applications, billing, and revenue processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end OTC processes from order receipt to cash collection.
• Collect data reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes.
• Assist with billing, invoice processing, and coordinating with customers.
• Support cash application and reconciliation of suspense accounts as needed.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry sales order to delivery and invoicing The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers The role requires a good understanding of cash applications the process of applying unapplied cash reconciliation of suspense account in cash application and process them from payment receipt to finalization
• An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities. What are we looking for?
