What would you do?

As SDL he will be responsible for managing PTP/OTC operations for a U.S. based client. The role involves orchestrating the transition and running the phase of the process. Stakeholder management and delivering transformation initiatives are core aspects of success. Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment, including order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. It includes designing the process and configuring technology to support the creation and issuance of customer invoices, beginning with the creation of an invoice and ending with the issuance of an invoice and the creation of a corresponding receivable.

What are we looking for?

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for OTC, including Cash Applications, Deductions, Customer Master Data, and Reconciliations for Accounts Receivable
• Deliver smooth transitions (first time right) and enable robust governance for surprise‑free delivery
• Manage stakeholders and establish strong business relationships
• Manage a team of approximately 50 people and coordinate with support functions for seamless delivery
• Ensure delivery as per SLA/KPI targets and stay proactive on delivery, commitments, and issue management
• Strong domain experience with exposure to SAP environment
• Guide teams in complex situations and provide thoughtful decision making
• People management experience and knowledge of commonly used OTC tools such as the Cash Applications Matching tool and Workflow
• Operate with the latitude to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and make day‑to‑day decisions that impact the area of responsibility
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as required
