Job summary

Genpact in Noida is seeking an Order to Cash specialist to manage cash applications, AR reconciliation, and end-to-end O2C processes. You will coordinate with internal teams, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate remittance processing with SAP/Oracle/Excel and Power BI dashboards.

This role offers exposure to real estate clients and opportunities to contribute to process improvements while working from the Noida office in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand cash allocation and remittances.
• Allocate payments according to remittances.
• Coordinate AR across entities and monitor aging buckets.
• Serve as SME for AR processes; knowledge of real estate clients preferred.
• Create/update SOPs and update teams as needed.
• Interact with clients to address queries or information requests.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash; manage end-to-end cash application.

Inviting applications for Order to cash role

**Work location: Noida (Only work from office)**

Responsibilities

• Understanding of all aspects of Cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances including deep validation experience and report out to business.
• Cash Application Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
• Collaborating closely between all entities of AR (different entities) and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets.
• Act as Subject Matter Specialist for the AR processes, complete know-how and understanding of the AR value chain. Experience of working with a real estate client will be a preference.
• Create and update the Standard Operations Procedure and other updates received from time to time.
• Should be able to deal with clients for any query or information.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end to end process of Cash applications.
• Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation) is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
• Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
• Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Any graduate with relevant exp. in cash apps and collections
• Strong communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills
• Good experience in Order to Cash end to end processes
• Good understanding of SAP, Oracle & Excel
• Able to navigate through PowerBi or other automated reports and dashboards
