Key duties include maintaining seating areas, stocking stations, and supporting opening/closing procedures. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in F&B, strong English communication, and a flexible schedule to work shifts, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant/F&B.
• Good spoken and written English communication.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Age 18–35 years.

Responsibilities

• Clean, set up, and maintain dining tables and service areas.
• Welcome guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and serve water.
• Take customer orders, enter them accurately into the system, and recommend menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and support upselling initiatives.
• Refill water glasses and attend to guest requests throughout their visit.
• Keep service stations stocked with cutlery, napkins, trays, condiments, and other essentials.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across the restaurant.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing stock and supplies.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
