You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct SKU, quantity, and discounts, monitor live dashboards, generate invoices and dispatch documents, and maintain real-time data on orders and inventory, while upholding strict

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quick commerce order processing.
• Experience in quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Quick, Big Basket).
• Proficient in OMS/WMS, SAP, advanced Excel and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely processing of quick commerce orders (1030-minute delivery).
• Process incoming orders with correct product, quantity, SKU and discount.
• Monitor live order dashboards and prioritize urgent orders.
• Generate invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents.
• Maintain real-time system updates for order status and inventory movement.
• Identify stock mismatches, shortages or damages and report.
• Adhere to quick commerce SLAs and minimize delays and wrong shipments.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly data reports.

Designation: Order Processing Officer - Quick Commerce

Location: Padgha, Bhiwandi

Required Experience -

• minimum 5 years of experience in quick commerce order processing officer.
• Prior experience in quick commerce (blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, flipkart quick, big basket.

Role & responsibilities

To ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of quick commerce orders (1030-minute delivery model) by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting seamless orders fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities -

• Process incoming quick commerce orders through platforms.
• Right Product, Right Quantity, Right SKU's & right discount to be processed at timer of order processing.
• Monitors live order dashboards and prioritize urgent orders.
• Generate invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents as required.
• Ensure real-time system updates for orders status and inventory movement.
• Identify stock mismatches, shortage or damages and report immediately.
• Adhere strictly to quick commerce SLA's and turnaround times.
• Minimize order cancellations, delays and wrong shipments.
• Maintain daily, weekly & Monthly data reports for review.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

• Order Processing accuracy (100 %).
• Order fulfillment TAT adherence.
• Order cancellation and return rate.
• System and inventory accuracy
• SLA compliance.
