Capgemini is seeking a Customer support order management specialist to join our team in India. You will help empower top FMCG clients by ensuring smooth order management, accurate data, and proactive issue resolution.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, SAP familiarity, and leveraging service desk tools to maintain supply chain continuity.

Qualifications

• SCM customer service experience in FMCG, preferably cross-functional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound knowledge in SAP.
• Experience using service desk tools like ticketing systems, Supply plan tool, Salesforce and Supply 360.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/SCM background.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service functions to support dynamic supply chain issues and drive growth.
• Monitor and support Sales order creation, Purchase order creation, and master data setups for material and customer.
• Analyze customer forecasts and align with business teams and customers.
• Lead and manage setups to operationalize new lanes for client-sourced products.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a qualified Customer support order management specialist to be a part of our company.

In this role you will play a key role in

• Manage Customer Service functions in dynamic business requirement and ongoing supply chain issues in order to achieve both Top & Bottom-line business growth manage Supply Planning
• Monitor and Support Sales order creation, Purchase order creation, Master setups related to material, customer, etc.
• Analyse customer forecast, discuss with business team and customers and align accordingly
• Lead and manage the required set-ups to operationalize new lanes for transacting businesses for Client sourced products.

YOUR PROFILE

• SCM Customer service experience in FMCG industry, preferably cross-functional
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge in SAP
• Exp in using service desk tools like ticketing system, Supply plan tool, Sales force and Supply 360
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Preferably Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/SCM background.
