Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Transport / Logistics Specialist to manage transportation planning, execution, and optimization, ensuring timely shipments and cost control through strong coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

You will plan inbound/outbound movements, optimize routes, manage shipments in TMS (OTM, SAP TM), track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Grade B1 - 5 to 7 years and Grade A4 - 3 to 5 years of experience in transport/logistics operations
• Experience with SAP, OTM, Power BI or other TMS tools
• Experience in all modes of transport (Air, Ocean and Road) & Warehousing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication skills
