Job summary

Sid’s Farm in Pune seeks an Order Management Executive to oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process for GT and MT channels, coordinating order processing, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and cross-functional activities with Sales, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance.

Requirements include a graduate degree in Business/Commerce/Supply Chain and 2–3 years in Order Management, with strong Excel and ERP/Order Management skills, plus solid coordination and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Business, Commerce, or Supply Chain.
• 2–3 years in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/Order Management systems; strong coordination & communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end O2D process for GT & MT customers.
• Process, edit, modify, and cancel customer orders.
• Generate invoices and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock allocation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate system updates and operational documentation.
• Prepare operational MIS and ensure SOP compliance.

Role Summary

The Order Management Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process for General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. The role involves order processing, inventory coordination, order fulfillment, returns management, and coordination with Sales, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete O2D process for GT & MT customers.
• Process, edit, modify, and cancel customer indents/orders.
• Generate invoices and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock allocation.
• Handle RTV, RTP, GRN, and PRN tracking and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate system updates and operational documentation.
• Prepare operational MIS and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations.
• Good knowledge of O2D processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Order Management systems.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
