Job summary

Sid’s Farm is expanding its dispatch operations in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive with 0–3 years of experience to manage stock, track shipments, and coordinate with internal teams on daily dispatch activities.

The role involves ensuring accurate inventory control, monitoring production status, and maintaining documentation. Night shifts are required, and growth opportunities exist within our growing D2C dairy brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred; diploma or 12th pass with relevant experience considered.
• 0–3 years in warehouse, dispatch, or inventory management
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and documentation
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a plant/warehouse environment
• Must be comfortable working night shifts

Role Summary

Position: Dispatch Executive

Experience: 6 months - 2 years

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage dispatch operations and inventory coordination at the plant. The role involves ensuring accurate stock tracking, smooth dispatch processes, and effective coordination with internal teams.

• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate stock records
• Monitor production status, including completed and ongoing batches
• Track dispatched and ready-to-dispatch goods
• Prepare and maintain vehicle dispatch slips and related documentation
• Ensure timely updates of inventory sheets and reports
• Monitor and maintain cold chain compliance for products
• Coordinate vehicle loading for e-commerce and city dispatches
• Ensure timely stock availability and alignment for dispatch
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth stock movement to the distribution center
• Handle reconciliation of crates and ice boxes (inward and outward)
• Support other supply chain and dispatch-related activities as required

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Graduate preferred (open to Diploma/12th pass with relevant experience)
• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or inventory management
• Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and documentation
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a plant/warehouse environment
• Must be comfortable working in night shifts
