Job summary

SG Oasis, Mumbai, is seeking a Role & Responsibilities Fulfilment Executive to ensure accurate, on-time dispatch of B2B orders from the dispatch area. You will verify orders physically, perform QC, maintain records, and coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales to resolve bottlenecks.

The role requires 2–4 years in order fulfilment or warehouse operations, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a 6-day work week and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or Undergraduate) in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in: Order fulfilment, Warehouse Operations, Dispatch Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations.
• Experience in Food & Beverage/QSR industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify each B2B order physically before dispatch to ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfilment from order confirmation to delivery.
• Perform QC checks in the CRM system and log discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Operations and Sales to prevent delays.
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and daily fulfilment reports.
• Handle fulfilment-related customer queries and coordinate timely resolution.
• Adhere to fulfilment SOPs and contribute to process improvements.

Job Description Fulfilment Executive

Role Purpose:

The Fulfilment Executive is responsible for ensuring that every B2B order is dispatched accurately, on time, in full, and in accordance with the company's quality standards. This is a highly execution-oriented role that requires the incumbent to be stationed at the dispatch area, performing physical order verification, quality checks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of all B2B order fulfilment activities from the dispatch area.
• Physically verify every B2B order prior to dispatch to ensure:
• Correct product and quantity
• Proper packaging
• Compliance with quality standards
• Conduct quality control (QC) checks within the CRM system and promptly highlight any product or fulfilment discrepancies.
• Coordinate the end-to-end fulfilment process, from order confirmation through successful dispatch and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order status proactively and resolve fulfilment bottlenecks to avoid delays.
• Escalate inventory shortages, quality concerns, dispatch delays, or operational issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and maintenance of order records.
• Handle fulfilment-related customer queries and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
• Maintain daily fulfilment reports, dispatch trackers, and issue logs.
• Ensure adherence to fulfilment SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance dispatch accuracy and efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• On-Time Delivery (OTD):Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within committed timelines.
• OTIF (On Time In Full):Ensure complete order fulfilment without shortages, damages, or misses.
• Order Accuracy & Quality:Dispatch orders with the correct products, quantities, packaging, and quality standards.
• Dispatch Accuracy:Minimize fulfilment errors and maintain high operational accuracy.
• Issue Resolution:Timely identification and resolution of fulfilment-related concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate (or Undergraduate) in any discipline.
• 2–4 yearsof relevant experience in:

• Experience inFood & Beverage, QSR,industries is preferred.
• Prior experience handling high-volume order fulfilment and warehouse/dispatch operations is highly desirable.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high-volume operational environment.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling products with limited shelf life and time‑sensitive dispatch operations.

Working Requirements

• 6-day working week(including Saturdays).
• Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Tentative shift timings:
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Final shift allocation will be communicated upon selection and joining.
• Lunch will be provided at the work location.
