Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant to gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality across multiple modules. You will lead fit-gap analyses, work with stakeholders, and contribute to solution design with client-focused delivery.

Preferred candidate has 7–10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across processes and technology domains within Oracle HCM offerings.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis and documenting business requirements.
• Experience mapping requirements to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and modules.
• Strong articulation and presentation skills for client interactions.

Job description

Exp - 7 to 10yrs

Should have 7 to 10 years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis to map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality (Performance Management, Talent, Success & Planning, Compensation and Dynamic Skills). Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should also act as the functional consultant for technical streams. Participates in business development activities and configure solutions for the project requirements.

The candidate must have Technical expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities

Technical Configuration & Module Ownership

• 1. In depth knowledge in configure Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise in at least 3 modules from Performance Management, Talent, Success & Planning, Compensation and Dynamic Skills.
• 2. Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
