Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 4+ years of experience to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The role involves designing reusable assets, implementing integrations, and delivering scalable HCM solutions within Oracle Fusion.

You will work on HCM Extracts, HDL data loads, and BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, while collaborating with clients to identify challenges, and mentoring team members. CMMI experience would be a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong Oracle technical skills with the ability to build HCM Extracts and HCM Data Loader Files.
• Must have experience in OTBI reports and analytics, configuration of Oracle templates in BI Publisher.
• Must have experience in Oracle Core HR and Integration using web services.
• Awareness of Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies; and good communication skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with total experience of 4+ years who can understand business requirement and other technical specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables
• Technical Design, Identification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components
• Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation
• Contribution to process review and improvement
• Deliver PoCs, Mentoring team
• Implement best practices, following development life cycle process

Skills and attributes for success

• Should be technically strong on SQL, PLSQL and developing RICE components in Oracle Fusion environment.
• Proficient in BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.
• Proficient in writing HCM Extracts.
• Proficient in preparing HDL files for Data Load.
• Proficient in writing Fast Formulas.
• Should have worked on Data Migration, Integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with third Party Applications.
• Experience in creating HCM Extensions.
• Should have knowledge of Core HR module.
• Experience working on Integrations using webservices/REST Services
• Willing to learn and work on new technologies
• Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus
• Should have the ability to collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployments documents.
• Multi domain expertise and knowledge on other integration tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Any Oracle Certification is an added key advantage.
