Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an HCM Tech professional with practitioner to expert level knowledge in at least two tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports or OTBI Reports, or REST Web services and Fast Formula. The role requires deep expertise in at least two HCM Cloud Modules (Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, OTL, Taleo, OLC, Oracle recruit).

A cloud certification is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, and direct client

• Practitioner/expert level knowledge in at least 2 of the listed tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web services, Fast Formula).
• In depth knowledge in at least two of the HCM Cloud Modules (Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, OTL, Taleo, OLC, Oracle recruit).
• Cloud certification will be an advantage.
• Very good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Direct client interaction experience will be an advantage.
