Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a skilled HCM specialist with practitioner to expert level knowledge in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web services, and Fast Formula.

Experience across at least two HCM Cloud Modules such as Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Payroll, and Workforce Compensation is required, with additional exposure to OTL, Taleo, OLC or Oracle Recruit preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, with advantage given to candidates having direct

• In-depth knowledge in at least two HCM Cloud Tools/Modules listed.
• Expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web services or Fast Formula.
• Proficient in multiple HCM Cloud Modules such as Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Payroll, and Workforce Compensation.
• Cloud certification will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; direct client interaction is a plus.
