Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements


• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions


• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation


• Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users


• Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies


• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module


• Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration
