EXL is seeking a Manager – Enterprise Digital with deep Oracle Fusion SCM expertise to lead end-to-end SCM implementations and improvements. The role focuses on requirement gathering, design, and delivery across supplier item, qualification, procurement, and Sourcing modules, plus reporting.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, coordinate with global teams, and ensure successful updates and optimizations in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Finance Systems with 5–6 years in Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and AMS oversight.
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Sourcing, and BIP Reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience in large enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Oracle Fusion SCM Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Manager – Enterprise Digital – Oracle Fusion SCM

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8 to 10 years of Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consulting experience, with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM applications. The person will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, support, enhancements, and business process optimization across Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Supplier Item Management, Qualification Management, Procurement, RSSP, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and BIP Reports. This role blends deep functional knowledge with stakeholder management, hands-on delivery, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Responsibilities
• Gather and analyse business requirements for Supply Chain Management processes.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules with sound knowledge of setup documents such as BR100, MD.050, etc.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios.
• Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions and provide end-user training.
• Work closely with technical teams on Integrations, Reports, OTBI, BI Publisher, and extensions.

• Proficiency in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios.
• Good understanding of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics tools.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations, custom extensions, and cross-functional technical delivery.
• Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud quarterly update cycle and impact assessment methodology.

• Required Experience
• Overall 8-10 years of experience in Finance Systems including 5-6 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Functional modules
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations across Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain modules.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Fusion SCM Certification.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
• B.Com/MCA/BE/BTech or equivalent preferred.
• Program management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-driven supply chain features and Oracle Cloud roadmap.
