Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the Enterprise Systems team in coordinating multiple administration and development projects across our core business systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, MuleSoft, NetSuite, and Tableau. This role blends hands-on project coordination with business-analysis responsibilities, driving delivery of initiatives that improve Customers Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Fulfill value streams while translating business needs into well-defined requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, communicates clearly across technical and business stakeholders, and thrives managing concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and track multiple concurrent admin and development projects across enterprise business systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, MuleSoft, NetSuite, Tableau).

2. Manage sprints, backlogs, and delivery workflows in Jira, and maintain project documentation, decisions, and knowledge in Confluence.

3. Perform business-analysis activities: gather and document requirements, define scope and acceptance criteria, map current- and future-state processes, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable work items.

4. Create and curate requirement tickets, ensuring they are clear, prioritized, and ready for development and admin teams to execute.

5. Coordinate and align multiple remote teams, ensuring clear ownership, dependencies, and timelines across workstreams.

6. Support initiatives improving the Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Fulfill value streams.

7. Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and remove blockers to keep delivery on track.

8. Provide regular status updates, surface risks early, and communicate progress to technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

1. Demonstrated experience managing sprints and agile delivery within Jira and Confluence.

2. Business-analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and authoring detailed requirement tickets with clear acceptance criteria.

3. Experience coordinating multiple remote teams and concurrent projects.

4. Working familiarity with enterprise business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, HubSpot, and/or Tableau.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

7. A self-starter mindset with the initiative to drive work forward independently.

8. ERP experience is highly desired (e. g. , NetSuite or comparable platforms), along with CRM experience (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms).

9. Experience supporting Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, or Plan-to-Fulfill process improvements.

10. Familiarity with integration and reporting toolchains in an enterprise environment.

11. Relevant certifications (e. g. , PMP, Certified Scrum Master, CBAP, or equivalent).

12. Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.

13. Actively lead projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

14. Comply with all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.

15. Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.

16. Lead the team in understanding "AS-IS" situation and design and validate the "To-Be" design

• Identify modules impacted, features/functionalities impacted and arrive at high level estimates.
• Develop traceability matrix and identify transition requirements.

Test Management:

• Able to create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required and verify system build, test environment and iteration test plan.
• Create business scenario test cases and automation test scripts based on understanding of functionality requirements.
• Conduct regression tests as required and impact analysis when a defect fix is made.
