Job summary

Jobtailor in India seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM professional to design and deliver complex cloud-based SCM solutions. You will lead functional design, guide delivery teams, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will implement Procurement, Sourcing, RSSP, and related modules, prepare design documents, run CRP/SIT/UAT, and mentor teams while optimizing performance and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a relevant field with 6–8 years of experience.
Total finance systems experience 8–10 years with 5–6 years in Oracle Fusion SCM
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain modules
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management in large enterprise environments
Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Supplier Item Management, Qualification Management, Procurement, RSSP, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and BIP Reports
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud setup docs including BR100 and MD050
Proficiency in Functional Design Documents, Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios
Good understanding of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting/analytics tools
Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations, custom extensions, and cross-functional delivery
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and impact assessment methodologies
Sound understanding of industry-standard frameworks and best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud

Responsibilities

Monitor application performance and improve end-user experience
Manage enterprise master data and monitor exceptions
Gather requirements, define KPIs, and create solutions
Provide PMO support across multiple projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements
