Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager in Pune to lead large-scale Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud initiatives. You will drive end-to-end program delivery across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, and EPM, coordinating with stakeholders and global delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 11–14 years of IT experience, strong leadership, governance, risk management, and proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• 11-14 years of IT experience with significant Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud program delivery.
• Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud projects across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, and EPM.
• Led multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementations including implementation, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and support.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of Oracle programs.
• Drive project initiation, requirement discussions, solution reviews, project scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance processes.
• Experience in onsite‑offshore delivery models and global project teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, financials, resource utilization, and overall project health.
