Job summary

Birlasoft in Pune is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead large Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud transformation programs across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM and related enterprise applications. The role focuses on program delivery, stakeholder alignment and risk governance.

Candidates should have 11–14 years of IT experience with hands-on end-to-end Oracle Cloud project management, strong delivery management, and onsite-offshore coordination.

Qualifications

• 11–14 years of IT experience with significant Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud programs.
• End-to-end Oracle Cloud projects across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, EPM and related apps.
• Managed multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementations including upgrades and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, risk management and delivery of Oracle programs.
• Drive initiation, requirements, solution reviews, scheduling, budgeting and stakeholder activities.
• Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks and escalation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, solution architects, consultants, technical teams and vendors.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committee reviews and executive communications.
• Ensure adherence to methodologies, quality standards, compliance and governance.
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models and global project teams.
• Track KPIs, milestones, financials, resource utilization and overall project health.

• 11-14 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in managing Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, and related enterprise applications.
• Should have managed multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementation projects including Implementation, Rollouts, Upgrades, Enhancements, and Support engagements.
• Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of Oracle programs.
• Drive project initiation, requirement discussions, solution reviews, project scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management activities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance processes.
• Experience in managing onsite-offshore delivery models and global project teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
