Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Oracle Project Manager in Greater Noida to lead large Oracle projects, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and ensure delivery aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 12–16 years of Oracle project management experience, strong Oracle Cloud/OCI skills, PMP certification, and proven leadership with excellent communication abilities. Office-based role with immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of experience in Oracle project management.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, applications and cloud services.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Technologies and OCI.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Oracle large-scale projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop plans, timelines and budgets; monitor progress against these plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective collaboration.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare status reports for stakeholders and present updates.

• Lead and manage multiple Oracle large scale projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify Oracle project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Oracle project management, with a focus on Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle projects on time and within budget.

Mandatory Skills:
