Job summary

Innominds Software is urgently hiring Oracle PMO / PMO Support professionals with 10–15 years of experience to support Oracle Cloud projects in governance, tracking, reporting, stakeholder management, and customer communication.

Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, you will assist Project Managers, maintain trackers and dashboards, prepare MoMs, and coordinate with Oracle ERP/OCI teams. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in PMO / project management.
• Experience on Oracle Cloud / Oracle SaaS projects.
• Strong coordination, tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of MOM, action tracking, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in managing Oracle Cloud / Oracle SaaS projects.
• Track actions, issues, risks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and follow up on open action items.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, RAID logs, and project management tools.
• Track Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with support, technical, and functional teams.
• Prepare regular project status reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Support customer meetings, governance calls, project reviews, and status meetings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely completion of activities.
• Proactively highlight delays, risks, dependencies, and pending actions to the PM.
• Maintain project documentation, presentations, trackers, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate with Oracle ERP / SaaS / OCI technical and functional teams.

• Strong experience in project coordination, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong knowledge of MoM, action tracking, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance.


• Good hands‑on experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.


• Basic knowledge of OCI, Oracle SaaS, or other cloud environments.


• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP Cloud projects.


• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).


• Experience coordinating Oracle technical and functional teams.


• Experience handling customer‑facing projects.


• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.


• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate Joiners preferred.


• Candidates serving notice period are also considered.


• Candidates should be willing to work from Bangalore or Hyderabad.


• Strong communication and customer-handling skills are mandatory.
