Job Description

We are looking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle PPM modules, and the ability to collaborate/communicate with stakeholders for a successful cloud implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end implementationofOracle Cloud PPM, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with business users to understandBudget and financial processesand configure PPM modules accordingly.
• Implement and optimize keyPPM modules, including:

• Project Costing & Billing (cost tracking, revenue recognition, invoicing)
• Project Control & Forecasting (budgeting, financial planning, analytics)
• Grants Management (funding, compliance, reporting)
• Resource & Task Management (capacity planning, time tracking)

• Ensure seamlessintegration with Oracle Financials Cloud and ERP modulesfor project accounting and reporting.
• Providetraining and knowledge transferto end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of Oracle PPM Cloud.
• Conductsystem testing, UAT sessions, and go-live supportto ensure a successful deployment.
• Monitor Oracle Cloudquarterly updatesand provide impact assessments for ongoing system improvements.
• Work closely with technical teams fordata migration, custom reporting, and API integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ yearsof experience in Oracle Projects with atleast2+ years in Oracle Cloud PPMr
• Strong functional expertise inproject management, project costing, billing, and financial tracking.
• Experience inconfiguring and implementing Oracle PPM Cloud modules.
• Hands-on experience inOracle PPM reporting tools(OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View).
• Knowledge ofintegration with Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Time & Labor).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-go-live.
• Strongstakeholder management and communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud PPM Certification is aplus.
