Job summary

Wsne Consulting in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation and upgrade projects. You will coordinate Finance, SCM, and IT teams across multi-vendor settings, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and governance adherence.

Candidates must have 6-9 years in ERP projects with 4+ years in Oracle ERP and hands-on Oracle EBS/Cloud implementations. UG degree or above required, AMS/support-only profiles are not desirable.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience on ERP projects with at least 4+ years in Oracle ERP.
• Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• Strong functional knowledge in at least one Finance or Supply Chain module (Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement, etc.).
• Implementation experience is a must-have; only support/AMS candidates not desirable.
• UG degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects or transformation programs.
• Work with stakeholders to create project plan as per delivery methodology.
• Coordinate across Finance, SCM, HCM and technical teams.
• Manage project resources, budget, timelines, risk mitigation and quality.
• Ensure adherence to implementation best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct regular project meetings and status reporting, steering committee meetings, phase exits and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with vendors, system integrators and internal teams.
• Oversee test planning & execution, cutover strategy, go-live, change management and post-production support.
• Direct, manage and motivate the project team in a multi-vendor and multi-country environment.
• Handle escalations and conflict within the project team.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit and governance policies.

• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare & own status reporting, steering committee meetings, phase exits and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with external vendors, system integrators and internal teams.
• Oversee test planning & execution, cutover strategy, go-live, change management and post-production support.
• Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.
• Should be able to direct, manage and motivate the project team in a multi-vendor and multi country environment.
• Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit and governance policies.

• 6-9 years of experience working on ERP projects with atleast 4+ years in Oracle ERP.
• Hands-on experience with atleast one end to end Oracle implementation in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• Must have strong functional Knowledge in at least one Finance or Supply Chain module like Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement, Supply chain Planning, AR, AP, GL etc. Candidates with Only technical background or techno-functional PMs are not desirable for this role.
• Implementation experience is a must-have. Only support project or AMS experience candidates are not desirable for this role.
