Job summary

Copeland India Private Ltd. is seeking an Oracle IT Analyst Lead based in Pune, India. You will provide Oracle EBS R12 Applications solutions and support globally. The role involves leading the support team, managing enhancements, and coordinating with IT teams.

Oracle IT Analyst Lead

Based in Pune, India, you will provide Oracle EBS R12 Applications solutions and support to Copeland Business globally.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Applications EBS R12 system (SCM-PO Module) and perform enhancements as needed by business.
• Look after Implementation & Development projects.
• Do the configurations and testing during different phases of Oracle Projects.
• Lead the Oracle Support team globally and interact with business.
• Work on critical issues, business requirements, solution design and development.
• Co‑ordinate with other IT teams for development, change migrations etc.
• Should have exposure to Oracle Cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years of work experience in Oracle Applications EBS R12 SCM Modules & Procurement Cloud.
• Understanding of Business Purchase functionalities.
• Understanding Oracle SQL will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team.
