Job summary

Copeland, based in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Oracle Applications EBS R12 professional to provide SCM-PO module solutions and support globally.

You will lead the Oracle Support team, manage enhancements, coordinate implementations, and ensure testing across project phases. The role requires deep Oracle SCM/Procurement Cloud knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years in Oracle Applications EBS R12 SCM Modules & Procurement Cloud.
• Understanding of Business Purchase functionalities.
• Understanding Oracle SQL is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Applications EBS R12 SCM-PO module and perform enhancements as needed by business.
• Oversee implementation and development projects and coordinate testing during Oracle Projects phases.
• Lead the Oracle Support team globally and interact with business stakeholders.
• Address critical issues, capture business requirements, design solutions and develop.
• Coordinate with other IT teams for development and migrations; exposure to Oracle Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Applications EBS R12 system (SCM-PO Module) and perform enhancements as needed by business.
• Look after Implementation & Development projects.
• Do the configurations and testing during different phases of Oracle Projects.
• Lead the Oracle Support team globally and interact with business.
• Work on critical issues, business requirements, Solution design and development.
• Co‑ordinate with other IT teams for development, Change migrations etc.
• Should have exposure to Oracle Cloud environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10 plus years of work experience in Oracle Applications EBS R12 SCM Modules & Procurement Cloud.
