Job summary

Ceragon is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain Excellence team in Bangalore. You will lead end-to-end logistics optimization, bridging business requirements with Oracle configurations and custom reporting.

The ideal candidate has a deep SCM module expertise (INV, OM, PO, MRP) and a proven track record of R12 implementations or major upgrades, plus strong SQL skills for data analysis. This role demands collaboration across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT or related field.
• 9–12 years of hands‑on Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 experience with end‑to‑end implementation as Project owner.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries for Oracle databases.
• Experience with modules such as OM, PO, INV, MRP, WIP, IB, OKS.
• Understanding of Oracle Support process and SR lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership - Lead projects from discovery through configuration, testing and deployment.
• Module Ownership - Lead functional support for INV, OM, PO, Shipping, OKS, IB, MRP.
• Translate requirements into Oracle solutions via configuration and customizations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in global Oracle operations.
• Coordinate patching, upgrades, testing cycles including UAT and regression.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across geographies for enhancements.
• Prepare functional docs, user guides, and training materials.
• Ensure internal controls, security policies and audit readiness.
• Mentor juniors and serve as primary liaison between Bangalore team and HQ.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain Excellence team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for optimizing our global logistics operations, providing functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SCM modules and a proven track record of successful R12 implementations or major upgrades.

The role requires expertise in both functional and technical areas including advanced SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and custom reporting.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership - Lead projects from initial discovery and requirement gathering through to system configuration, testing and production deployment
• Module Ownership: Lead the functional support and configuration for Oracle R12 modules: Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Shipping Execution, Service Contracts (OKS), Install base (IB), Planning (MRP)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions through configuration, customizations, and process improvements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Oracle applications global operations.
• Coordinate and manage patching, upgrades, and testing cycles, including UAT and regression testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams across geographies for enhancements and new implementations.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training material.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and audit requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members while serving as the primary point of contact between the Bangalore team and HQ.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 9-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 with end to end implementation as a Project owner
