Job summary

Ceragon Networks India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle R12 SCM Analyst to own end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite implementations and ongoing support for SCM processes.

You will map business needs to Oracle solutions across Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, MRP and related modules, coordinate patches and upgrades, and mentor juniors while coordinating with HQ.

Strong SQL, documentation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 9–12 years hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience with end-to-end implementation as project owner.
• Experience with modules such as OM, PO, INV, MRP, WIP, IB, OKS.
• Writing SQL queries for Oracle databases or equivalent.
• Understanding of Oracle Support process and SR lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects from discovery to production deployment.
• Module ownership: Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Shipping Execution, Service Contracts (OKS), Install base (IB), Planning (MRP).
• Translate business requirements into Oracle solutions through configuration, customizations, and process improvements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Oracle applications across global operations.
• Coordinate and manage patching, upgrades, and testing cycles, including UAT and regression testing.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as the main contact between the Bangalore team and HQ.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain Excellence team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for optimizing our global logistics operations, providing functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, and bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SCM modules and a proven track record of successful R12 implementations or major upgrades. The role requires expertise in both functional and technical areas including advanced SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and custom reporting.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership - Lead projects from initial discovery and requirement gathering through to system configuration, testing and production deployment
• Module Ownership: Lead the functional support and configuration for Oracle R12 modules : Inventory (INV) , Order Management (OM) , Purchasing (PO) , Shipping Execution , Service Contracts (OKS), Install base (IB), Planning (MRP)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions through configuration, customizations, and process improvements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Oracle applications global operations.
• Coordinate and manage patching, upgrades, and testing cycles, including UAT and regression testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams across geographies for enhancements and new implementations.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training material.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and audit requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members while serving as the primary point of contact between the Bangalore team and HQ.

Requirements
