Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Applications ERP R12.2.10 Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle ERP solutions across Order Management, Trade Management, and Inventory modules. The role requires strong PL/SQL expertise and proficiency in the Oracle tech stack within an Agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS/R12.2.10 experience in Order Management, Price Management, Trade Management & Inventory modules.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills with experience in Forms, Reports, Personalization, WebADI, XML Publisher, Interfaces, and Data Conversion.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion APIs, REST, and SOA adapters is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle ERP applications including forms, reports, and interfaces.
• Build data integration between Oracle ERP/Cloud Fusion and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Conduct code reviews, create technical documentation, and perform performance tuning.
• Develop Oracle Cloud applications with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood Design System.
• Implement DevOps practices including automated builds, tests, CI/CD pipelines.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Applications ERP R12.2.10 Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle ERP solutions across Order Management, Trade Management, and Inventory modules. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle ERP applications including Forms, Reports, WebADI, XML Publisher, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes between Oracle ERP/Cloud Fusion and external systems using APIs, interfaces, and middleware.
• Conduct code reviews, technical documentation, and performance tuning to ensure code quality and compliance with Oracle standards.
• Build and support Oracle Cloud applications with strong techno‑functional expertise in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood Design System.
• Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting enhancements to architecture, development practices, and automation.
• Operate independently while collaborating with global teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Apply DevOps practices including automated builds, unit/functional tests, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrate excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant Oracle EBS R12.2.10 experience in Order Management, Price Management, Trade Management & Inventory modules, responsible for developing solutions and supporting multiple applications within Oracle Applications.
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills with hands‑on experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, Personalization, WebADI, XML Publisher, Interfaces, and Data Conversion Development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Applications technical stack: Concurrent Programs, Flexfields, Value Sets, APIs, Profiles, Alerts.
• Experience in Oracle Applications R12.2.10 is mandatory with OLP concepts.
• Proficiency in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). Familiarity with VBS and Redwood.
• Experience with GitHub, Jira & FlexDeploy is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• 2+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OIC components and capabilities, including OIC adapters, REST, SOA adapters, orchestration integration patterns, Page Configuration, and Oracle Cloud Fusion API capabilities.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM – Order Management functional understanding is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP R12.2+ & Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Experience with RICE Components & developing REST/SOAP APIs for external system integration.
• Knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Price Management and/or Trade Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT‑relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation or IT‑relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years experience with Database Design structures such as MongoDB, MySQL.
