• BE in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits.
• Excellent working knowledge in Forms Personalization, Reports, Plsql, OAF, Workflows, Rest API, BI Publisher and Unix scripts.
• Strong domain knowledge with attention to detail.
• Strong advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
