Job summary

TTEC in India, Telangana, Hyderabad is seeking a senior IT professional with 12+ years of experience in Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits to support month end close and data migration/integration of Oracle modules with third-party systems.

The role requires strong analytical and design skills, troubleshooting and testing for delivered and custom requirements, and the ability to coach team members and business partners on solution adoption.

Qualifications

• BE in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits.
• Excellent working knowledge in Forms Personalization, Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, Workflows, Rest API, BI Publisher and Unix scripts.
• Strong domain knowledge with attention to detail.
