Job summary

TeleTech Holdings, Inc. in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced OIC Principal Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and administer Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations across enterprise systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP, and IDCS with strong SQL/PLSQL skills.

You will manage DEV/UAT/PROD environments, configure secure connections, and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub. This is a hybrid position with both office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and admin/developer tasks.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, XML and JSON formats.
• Experience configuring connections, security and credentials in OIC.
• Experience with GitHub-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of IDCS, load balancing and backup/recovery concepts is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or SaaS integrations is preferred.
• Proficient with SQL/PLSQL and troubleshooting OIC integrations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
