TeleTech Holdings, Inc. in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned Oracle EBS specialist focused on Project Accounting (Costing and Billing). You will support month-end close and drive improvements in a complex, global environment.

Key skills include PL/SQL, Forms Personalization, Reports, OAF, Workflows, REST API, BI Publisher and Unix scripting, plus data migration and third‑party integrations. You will partner with business teams to clarify requirements, design solutions, and coach peers toward best

Qualifications

• BE in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Modules: Project Accounting (Costing and Billing).
• Support month-end close in the above-mentioned modules.
• Strong technical skills across Oracle EBS tools and integration.
• Experience in data migration and third-party system integration.
• Ability to design, develop, troubleshoot and test requirements.

• Collaborate with business counterparts to clarify and refine requirements.

What You Bring to the Role

• BE in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Modules: Project Accounting (Costing and Billing).
• Support business during month end close in the above-mentioned modules.
• Excellent working knowledge in Forms Personalization, Reports, Plsql, OAF, Workflows, Rest API, BI Publisher and Unix scripts
• Experience in Data Migration and Integration of Oracle modules with third-party systems
• Understanding the requirements, design, development, troubleshooting and unit testing for both delivered and custom requirements
• Significant experience working with business counterparts for all clarifications and requirements
• Self-motivated and proven record of executing deliverables effectively
• Ability and desire to coach team members and business partners on solution adoption
• Strong domain knowledge with attention to detail.
• Strong advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
