Job summary

Mastek in India seeks a proficient Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to configure and implement US Payroll and Absence Management modules. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, and create functional documentation for payroll solutions.

You will design and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex calculations and ensure regulatory compliance, while collaborating with stakeholders and testing end-to-end processes.

Job description

• HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) and Fast Formula.
• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for US Payroll, Absence Management, and Fast Formula components.
• Design, build, and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and absence accruals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and absence processes.
• Troubleshoot payroll and absence-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Support payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and cutover for new implementations or enhancements.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration related to US Payroll and Absence Management.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Fusion HCM practice.
