Job summary

Crescendo Global is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for Pune, India. You will work across Oracle Fusion HCM, US Payroll, data migration, and integrations, combining functional and technical expertise to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions.

The role involves configuring Fusion HCM modules, managing HDL/HSDL data loads, building integrations with OIC and REST/SOAP APIs, and creating OTBI/BI Publisher reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM.
• 3+ years of US Payroll / US HCM experience.
• Hands-on experience with HDL, HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong experience in OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Functional expertise in at least 3 of these 4 modules: Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.

Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant 6+ Years

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, US HCM/Payroll, HCM integrations, data migration, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge across core HCM modules along with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM technical tools and integrations.
