Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Technical professionals in Bengaluru for Senior Consultant and Consultant roles. The roles require deep expertise in HCM Extracts, BI/OTBI reporting, HDL, FBL, and PBL, with strong problem-solving and client-facing abilities.

The Senior Consultant will lead the tech team and interact directly with clients, while mentoring juniors and ensuring delivery milestones are met. This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud Technical experience for Consultant.
• 6–10 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud Technical experience for Senior Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Responsible for changes in HCM Extracts.
• Decode issues related to interfaces.
• Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports.
• Troubleshoot HDL, FBL, and PBL issues.
• Debug and modify fast formulas.
• Maintain open, timely communications with stakeholders and project teams.
• Mentor associates and foster learning and growth.
• Adhere to ticket management guidelines in client interactions.
• Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues.
• Senior Consultant may lead a tech team and work directly with client.
• Demonstrate SME-level skill and experience during delivery lifecycle.

Key job responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-daysupportof theOracleHCM Cloud modules
  
• Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts
  
• Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces
  
• Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports
  
• Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL
  
• Able to debug and modify fast formulas
  
• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
  
• Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
  
• Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
  
• Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues
  
• Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client.
  
• Senior Consultant should be able to demosntrate SME level of skill and experince while supporting the client in all, the stages of delivery cycle.
  

Experience:
